We process personal data in order to provide the platform, to coordinate service processes between owners, boatyards and partners, to fulfil legal obligations and to ensure the security of our services.

4. Hosting in Switzerland

All data is hosted exclusively on servers in Switzerland and is transmitted and stored in encrypted form to high security standards. Disclosure abroad only takes place where this is legally permissible and an adequate level of protection is guaranteed.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is disclosed to boatyards, insurers & authorities solely at your instigation or with your consent, within the scope of the services you have chosen. Processors are contractually obliged to comply with data protection.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. No advertising tracking by third parties takes place. Should analytics tools be used in the future, we will obtain your consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw a consent you have granted. To do so, please contact contact@swissnautix.ch.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
